Real estate has big fall energy as agents experience slight relief from the red-hot summer months. More YPNers around the country are looking for events and educational opportunities to continue their business momentum while making new industry connections. Here are five ideas for an eye-catching autumn affair.

1. Mix it up with a throwback soiree.

Kick it old school with an era-themed YPN shinding, such as the Northern Virginia Association of REALTORS®’ 2000s themed networking event last month.

2. Get a leg up on 2022.

It’s not too early to help your YPN members start business planning for the year ahead, just as the San Mateo County Association of REALTORS® did during its recent mastermind event.

3. Give inspection insights.

Take a page out of the Greater Nashville REALTORS®’ playbook and give those newer to the business the lowdown on inspection, including how to work with an inspector, what to expect, and what to do when issues are uncovered.

4. Bewitch members this Halloween.

There’s still time to host a Halloween event for YPN members and their families—or make it open to the general public—like the St. Charles REALTORS® is doing in Missouri for its upcoming trunk or treat.

5. Partner with former 30 Under 30s.

Setting up a business-centric panel with industry stars is within reach. Tap into the expertise of former 30 Under 30 real estate pros for your next YPN event, which the St. Louis REALTORS® is doing for the group’s next YPN panel.
